Stay tuned Louisiana …

Radio was my first advertising media job, and it's still my first love. So when I found out this morning I'd be on air with Brian Haldane on Mornings with Brian Haldane on Talk 107.3, I couldn't have been happier. I wasn't expecting it. A good surprise is the best kind.

Brian is a phenom. He cuts straight to what people want to know, and his question was simple: what's really going on with industrial business in Louisiana?

Here's the short version of what I told him.

Louisiana is in the middle of the biggest industrial surge in its history. Meta. Amazon. Hut 8. Applied Digital. SpaceX's Starbase Louisiana. A new project seems to land every week. When we announced the Alliance, we were talking about $100 billion. Today the number is nearly $200 billion, and it's still climbing.

But that number hides a quieter story. By the time a big project becomes public knowledge, the people who will work on it have usually been chosen. The shortlists get built early, over coffee, on job sites, and in rooms most local companies never get invited into. Louisiana businesses aren't short on talent or grit. They're short on a seat at those early conversations.

That gap is why I started the Louisiana Launch Alliance.

The LLA is a private, invite-only network of Louisiana's top contractors, suppliers, and service companies, with one seat per trade. Members aren't just on a list. They're introduced to project teams, other members, and the partners they'll want beside them when a big job comes along. A few weeks in, I've sat across from some of the best operators in the state, and the response has outrun everything I'd planned for.

Now the media is calling, and tomorrow our formal press release goes out. Contractors, project teams, and decision-makers all over Louisiana are about to learn what the LLA is. My goal is for it to become the one place Louisiana's industrial powerhouses go to find each other, and to find work.

That attention belongs to our members too. When the spotlight turns on, they'll be standing in it.

We're not built for everybody, and that's by design. But if you run a Louisiana business and you know your best work comes alongside the right people, pay attention to what happens tomorrow.

Stay tuned.
