Everyone Won't Make It — And That's the Point

By Melissa Campbell
Founder, Louisiana Launch Alliance

In just two short weeks, we've sat across the table from some of Louisiana's best and brightest, interviewing them for a seat at the Louisiana Launch Alliance.

A Louisiana business owner created the LLA for Louisiana businesses to secure Louisiana's prosperity. We've met with leaders in construction, mobile housing, commercial and residential real estate and development, banking and investments, environmental, hiring, and logistics.

We've sat down with government officials and with project managers on the ground, building what's coming right now. We're moving at the speed of business, because the speed of business demands it.

When we announced the Alliance, $100 billion was headed to Louisiana. In a few short weeks, that number has grown to over $200 billion. We want Louisiana businesses to have a plan.

Here's what matters most: the LLA isn't open to everyone. It's exclusive, on purpose. We've extended plenty of invitations, and we've also turned down plenty of applicants. Not everyone gets a seat at our table, but the businesses who do get the ability to punch above their weight, direct connections to the companies doing the work on the ground, and access to the business leaders, politicians, and tastemakers driving Louisiana's greatest industrial boom.

If you know someone in construction, environmental services, logistics, staffing, or hiring, take a look at our open categories and encourage them to apply:

Our first Founding Member meeting is Tuesday, October 6.

We are moving now. Will you be a part of it, or on the sidelines?
